Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping to multiple destinations, with delivery times depending on the selected shipping method and location. However, due to international postal conditions and restrictions, some countries or regions may be temporarily unavailable for shipping. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.


         


We ship both domestic and international orders with Colissimo (La Poste). For international shipments, your package will be handed over to the local postal service in the destination country—such as Japan Post (EMS / 国際スピード便) in Japan, Deutsche Post/DHL in Germany, or USPS in the United States. Tracking information is updated throughout the journey and remains active after the package is transferred to the local carrier. 


DOMESTIC (FRANCE):

*We ship with Colissimo, with tracking and insurance for all orders. The insurance coverage depends on the total order amount. 

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated arrival within 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

*All international orders are shipped via Colissimo International with tracking and insurance. The insurance coverage depends on the total order amount.

  • Standard International: Estimated transit time varies by region, usually between 5-14 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen international regulations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are determined based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • Additional fees may apply for oversized or special handling items.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed from Monday to Thursday are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Orders placed on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Returned products must be in their original, unused state, with all packaging and labels intact.
Return Procedure:
  1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, securely package the item(s) along with the return form provided.
  3. Ship the parcel to the designated return address specified in your confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part.
